Hawthorn-Melbourne can arrange for students to be picked-up at  Melbourne Airport. Students must notify the Accommodation Office in advance by completing the Homestay Request Application Form. Email: Accommodation@hawthornenglish.vic.edu.au

Hawthorn-Melbourne uses the airport pickup service "TOGOTO Australia". If students experience any difficulty with their flights to Melbourne, such as cancellation or delay, they should call 'TOGOTO Australia' on +61 (0) 4 0950 3646.

Meeting the pick-up service at Tullarmarine airport
Melbourne International Airport is approximately 20km from the city centre. If you arrange airport pick-up, you will be met by a representative from TOGOTO Australia'.

If you arrive on an international flight, you will find a representative of ' TOGOTO Australia' waiting at the "Meeting Place" in the International Arrivals Hall. The representative will have a sign with ' TOGOTO Australia' on it. You will be driven to your accommodation or to Hawthorn-Melbourne.

If you arrive on a domestic flight, you will be met by a representative from TOGOTO Australia at the bottom of the escalator, near the luggage collection area. You should look for the TOGOTO AUSTRALIA sign. TOGOTO will transport you to your accommodation or to Hawthorn-Melbourne.

 If you get lost in the airport or cannot find TOGOTO Australia's representative, stay at the airport. Ask a staff member at the Traveller's Information Counter in “International Arrivals” to telephone one of the TOGOTO Australia mobile numbers, or, if you are on a domestic flight, ring the TOGOTO Australia office number.

If you have not arranged airport pickup with Hawthorn, you can travel to the city centre by taxi or airport coach (Skybus).

For students arriving at Avalon Airport
Please note that if you arrive at Avalon Airport, you will have to pay an additional fee of $60 for airport reception. Avalon is further away from the city and Hawthorn than Tullamarine Airport. Students must pay the driver directly.
